    there ARE two blowers -
one for the front - and one for the rear -

sounds like the front blower no-longer works -

You MIGHT get it working (temporarily) by rapping on it with a screwdriver handle.

But it blows thru floor and defrost. Just not thru front vents

Oh, you led us to believe that only the rear blower was working. Sounds like you have a mode door actuator problem. It is monitored so it will set a DTC if it fails. Pull the DTC's. Be sure to post them AND their definitions.

    ------------------------------------

if you are able to select FLOOR - and/or DEFROST -
and the air DOES discharge from those positions -
but will NOT discharge from the center vent position - when selected -
providing the louvers on each of the 4 center vents are open -

I would suspect a stuck or broken mode door -
or the linkage to the mode door is broken - or disconnected -

but like Ranger said - it is possible the mode door actuator is faulty -

    check for codes -

You need to know what's broken first. PROBABLY The mode door, but as posted, pull your codes.
