1996 Sedan Deville constantly going through coolant

Can't find a leak in hoses or radiator, but this car uses antifreeze like it's going out of style. I see a fog once in a while coming out of tail pipe and it may even show signs of water coming out the tail pipe. I've heard that the Engine in here has a history of leaking coolant and that there is a tablet or something available at Cadillac dealers that can be put in the radiator to stop this problem? Any help?

Seal tabs are no longer used by gm due to them sludging up and causing heater cores, among other things to clog up. You probably have blown head gaskets and should do a co2 test (commonly referred to on this forum as a block test). A parts store that has a lend a tool program can probably loan you the tester. And seal tabs won't fix your head gasket issue.

There is no magic potion (that works). The no longer recommended sealant tabs where only for possible porous aluminum castings. Do the block test.

like the others have already said -

no magic "pills" - and no "mechanic-in-a-bottle" can help you - AT ALL -

to verify - or eliminate - the possibility of a head gasket failure -
do a BLOCK TEST - it has been discussed a million times within these forums -

there are also several videos on youtube showing the BLOCK TEST -

The GM/Bar's Leaks seal tablets #HDC or the equivalent powder, #G12BP, are no longer recommended by GM. They were used to prevent "production line nuisance weeps" which were a source of dealership "comebacks".

Perform a cylinder block exhaust gas leak test - use either this rig or one available for rent from a large parts store. The fluid will display the evidence of carbon monoxide (CO) and other combustion byproducts in the airspace over the coolant in the reservoir.
