I have not seen a clear all codes yet.Just at the end of each three letter group. Oh a tip on NOT writing down the codes. I use my smart phone video to record the dash display then I can play them back and record them for look up.

1982. But the way they were displayed was a bit cryptic until '85

Pre-2000's may not have the "CLEAR ALL CODES" function. I can't recall for sure (I have CRS), but you may have to clear each type of DTC (P, B, C or U) separately.

I had my mechanic check it out and the best they can determine in the ABS module, not sending information to the computer. He has diagnosed it as far as he can and now recommends taking it to the dealer. It does not affect safety inspection in Utah, but the ABS and Traction control would not work this winter. Any thoughts or ideas from you guys?
    thanks

The "ABS module" aka EBTCM is very expensive. There are a few places that can rebuild them for much less. You'll have to search for them. OR, live without it.

Thanks Ranger. I think I will have to live with it broken. There comes a time with putting more money into an old car no longer makes sense. I love the car, the engine is only 5 years old, but everything else is 14 years old. During the past two years I have spent $1600 in AC repair, The leveler shocks has a noisy pump and a leak somewhere. It is a beautiful but aging car. But it has been my favorite car of all time.

you could go to the junkyard and pull one out of another caddy and slap it into your car and pray it works
