Question I hear a low rubbing sounding in the front driver side behind the tire

I have a 2001 DTS I hear a low rubbing sounding in the front driver side behind the tire, when turning left or going over a speed bump! When the drive side moves up! I feel it very little in the steering wheel and I do not feel it going down the road (smooth) or tuning right, and the more I drive the less I hear it and feel it. I checked the struts, by moving the front up and down and no noise. I just had the Wheel bearing and drive axel replaced! on the driver side. The shop side everything looks good. But the noise is still there!
    Hope you can help
    Thanks

Check if the plastic fender liner is in place and not damaged or hanging.

This rubbing sound, metal on metal? Rubber on plastic? Speed or RPM related?

Not sure, I thinking rubber because of the sound, and more at low speed! Not rpm related!

I'm with MC. I'd check the wheel house panels.

Maybe check the backing plate. Sometimes when working on bearings, the tech will bend it a bit while turning the wheel right and left and if its too close to the rotor It will rub when turning or going over bumps. Just look and see if there is adequate space between the rotor and backing plate and use a screwdriver or small pry bar to pry it away.

Thanks I will check! But was making the noise before the replacement of the wheel bearing . I was thinking more the line of the sway bar.

No way I can think of for the sway bar to cause any rubbing noise.
