They say 90% of the time this code can just be ignored....it's for the rear ac controls. I recommend trying them out and if they are working good enough for ya, just ignore it. Otherwise you'll need to replace the rear aux actuator. It's not a difficult one to replace and they usually run around 50 bucks or so.

    ACDELCO Part # 1572262 ACTUATOR,MODE VLV FOR AUX BLOWER $58.79 from rockauto.com

This is actually easiest actuator replace.

    ---------------
FIRST - don't get too upset/excited about this code -
it comes and goes - often -

the "setting" of the back-seat temperature controller -
does not "match" the setting of the module -

    WHAT?

there are 3 - MIX DOOR ACTUATORS -
drivers side - passengers side and rear -

these actuators open and close the MIX - or BLEND doors -
    to adjust the temperature -

the actuators use a "position count" of between 0 and 255 -
to determine the position of the door -

that code just means the #3 actuator (the back seat actuator)
REPORTS it is in position #201 -
but the controller knob REPORTS it is in position #125 -

I just made those particular numbers up -

simply put - those numbers are different - so it sets a code -
    -------------------

there is nothing that needs fixing - or replacing -

    just clear the code -

it may come back tomorrow -
OR you might not see it for years -
