    Wipers don't work

The wipers on my 92 Deville stopped working after our most recent ice storm. I think it might have something to do with me trying to turn them on when they were still frozen. And it might have burned out the motor ,but I'm not sure. I only went as far as changing the fuse. Any suggestions out there?

Ya think? Sorry, but you had that one coming.

Pull the plastic caps off of the wiper arm fulcrum and see if you loosened the nuts (I think the '92 was set up that way) by running the motor with the arms frozen . If so, tighten them, and don't ever do that again.
