    Cadillac DeVille Radio doesn't work.

Hello, I hoping to get help for my radio. I have a 2004 DeVille with factory radio. The radio doesn't make a sound but when you barley start the car you can change the station and turn up the volume but it doesn't do anything. Also the door chime doesn't work. Any ideas?
