    1995 Towing Capacity?

I have a 1995 Standard DeVille and I was wondering if it would be able to carry a PT Cruiser to the shop so we don't have to get a truck. The Cruiser goes about 3k and it's FWD so would it be attached with two wheels up or all 4 down? Worst comes to worst I'll borrow my brother's truck but I was curious about whether or not I could do it myself. Thanks!

If you're just talking about using a tow rope and having someone else steer and brake the PT, I think it would be okay just to get it from your house to the shop. It depends on where you live. If it is relatively flat, as Submariner409 mentioned, it would probably be okay. Just take it slow.
