'90 DeVille Schreeching - Too many possibilities?

Similar to a post I read back in November 2012, my '90 DeVille has started the schreeching noise debacle. The rub is it happens only when I'm driving. When stopped and idled, no noise. The schreech starts as the car begins to move. As I brake, the noise begins to abate. No noise when I start the engine, cold or warm. Only when moving.

Belt issue? Tensioner pully? Alternator issue? Power steering pump, water pump....? Seems too many possibilities that will take time/money.

Any thoughts on how I can narrow this down and keep repair costs reasonable?

    Thank you.

Brake wear indicator tabs. Time to replace the brake pads.
