I'll check the PCV valve and the TB injectors after work and see what I can figure out. It threw the oxygen sensor error at me again this morning, too.

The PCV valve is fine, and I didn't get an opportunity to check the injectors last night - won't be able to until tomorrow. However, I did run into a couple of things I'm curious about, and I got a new error code this morning (E12 - No Distributor Signal), so I would like to check that out as well. This is what I've got going on:

Any thoughts? Also, is fuel injector cleaner something that is safe to use - and would it potentially fix this problem?

Most of us here would not recommend any snake oil additives. They usually do not help.

Not sure what that is that's bubbling and leaking or what it is leaking, but that can't be good and should be fixed.

Pooling fuel is a leak and a fuel leak is VERY dangerous. It too needs to be repaired before you run it anymore.

The part you say you cannot remove is a cover on the distributor. Not sure how it is removed, but your plugs are not under it. The plugs are at the other end of those wires.

I'm pretty sure that cover on the distributor just pops off, like a friction fit.
