    1996 deville code help

I pulled the codes on my car and was able to find most of them but there are a few I am having trouble with

    TC0025
    TC0027
    RS0038

I had my abs and traction control light come on the other day and the performance has been affected. I am guessing these codes are what I am looking for.

After searching the forum I found some issues related to the codes TC0025 and TC0027 when pulled together. In some cases it ended up being a bad EBTCM. Anyone know if this is always the case? I will try and check the sensor and wires this weekend but I am stating to worry. Any advice would be very helpful.

Those are OBDI codes. '96 was the transition year from OBDI to OBDII and thus you'll have some of each.

Going to try and diagnose my TC0027 (lf wheel sensor continuity fault) problem this weekend. I read in a previous post that the sensor should read 1030 ohms + or - 10% when tested. I was wondering if anyone could confirm this and if so would it be considered bad if it read anything outside the 927-1133 ohm range.

Does your DVM have a continuity setting that makes an audible tone when you have continuity? If so, just touch each lead to the two pins in the connector in the hub. If you have continuity it should make a tone. No tone = no continuity. Not sure what the actual ohms should be.
