The original DTS remot from Cadillac. The 2007 remot is much nicer looking.

I assume he is referring to the key fob as well ... and I agree that would be a no dice.

Yeah it's been a few months since there has been activity in the deville area that I've been able to comment on or noticed. Been real deep in the STS board lately. It's been about 4 months with out the old DTS.
Do I still like the STS? Yeah.
Do I miss the DTS? Yes.
The STS with MRC has a stiffer suspension than I expected I to have.
I can hardly tell and difference between "touring" mode and "performance" mode for the selectable ride control. They both have the FE3 springs and I had the F45 DTS so I was expecting "touring" mode to be close to the DTS and "performance" to be the stiff sport mode. That's not the case. The "rides like a Cadillac" is no longer true of any caddy after the deville/Seville or 06+ DTS w/o MRC.
I wish the china SLS model would have been the DTS replacement since the SLS has a long wheelbase and larger interior like the DTS did.
I like the AWD V8 performance better than the DTS but I am still getting used to the gas pedal that is not attached to a throttle cable anymore ... It really removes the ability to finely control the throttle and annoys me. I miss the huge gauges from the DTS. But giant Nav screen is wonderful and HUD and Adaptive radar cruise and a 6spd with Manual mode are nice additions.
