New to the site, picked up a 99 DeVille

I recently picked up a 99 DeVille base model 160K miles, it had been sitting for over a year.
It was previously owned by a deceased uncle who's ex wife got hold of it and did a good job at trying to destroy the car.

She had stopped driving because it kept losing anti-freeze and the ABS and Traction control light came on along with the Service Engine Soon

The poor Caddy was used more like a trash dump.

I did not take pictures, but I removed a 55 gal trash bag from the interior including a large family of dead mice the trunk wasn't much better.

The paint is white but looked grey over all clean up has taken me over 50+ hours

History of the car head gaskets were replaced at 125K miles along with all coolant hoses.

After a new battery it fired up checked the codes and started repairs
replaced the harness to the left front wheel speed sensor
repaired the expansion tank which had a small crack on top
and cleaned the ground on the coil packs which had to be removed to access the rear plugs and the blower motor that needed removed to clean out the duct work.
Charged the AC 42 degrees at the vents 51 just outside the vents.
new tires on the front for now had 4 flats had two decent shape used tires for the rear

Only problem now is the power windows
front passenger works only from the dedicated switch the other three do not the switch lights all have power as of yet have not had a chance to run a check on the wiring

total into the DeVille is now $300

I would remove the door panels and inspect the wiring, starting with the driver's door. You mentioned dead mice in the interior. They may have chewed on the wiring insulation.

Sounds like the drivers switch is bad, the backs run from it to the back switches.

Pulled all the door panels wiring was intact and the inside free of critters.
All window motors are functioning, and armed with a multi-meter ,test light and wiring diagram
determined it is the drivers main switch, new one should be in in a few days.
