    Vaccum Pump

    Say I got an 86 coupedeville and everytime I start the car it make a loud vibrating noise. I know it is my Vacuum pump but I dont know how to get my baby feeling better so if anyone gots any input please let me know, should I take it to the shop or do it myself?

    It'll run you about $300 or so, I just did one. 15 minutes, and 5 of that was getting it up in the air so I had room to get my head and my tools in where I needed to. Easy. 3 bolts, 1 plug connection. Changing light bulb easy, except for - as noted - getting it on the jack stands for convenience.
