www.rockauto.com and get to your car/engine, emissions. Several choices. Either the sensor only or the entire unit, airflow control honeycomb and all.
I fooled with a JET MAF (mechanically modified for "more airflow") in my 2002 for a year, swapping back and forth, and the conclusion after two 1,800 mile Florida trips and lots of local rural road night runs is that the car runs better with the stock MAF: the JET unit lowered gas mileage a tad, caused a midrange stumble, and set SES lights and codes.
