They should have showed a pic of the odometer. If the mileage is true--might be too low for a 16-17 year old Caddy.Averages to be about 900 miles per YEAR!
In March I bought a '90 with 21k miles -- even talked with the previous owner and the dealer that sold/serviced it. I had to replace the gold-stripe tires and front struts, plus some minor details, and the car now runs and looks like a new one. Such deals are out there, and if you can tolerate that silly fake top and the "continental kit", this is a good buy.
Just a little background on south Florida(aka "Heaven's waiting room". This is the best place I know of buying older, low mileage cars. There are many residents who only spend three or four months per year here and their other car is up north. There is a doctor's office or grocery store within 3 miles of anywhere. The roads are smooth and free of pothholes. If you enjoy just looking for "deals", the Autotrader has some really interesting stuff from Port St Lucie south to Miami or Naples north to Bradenton.
Have fun,

It was shocking to click that link because that car dealership is just right around the block from where I live!
To be honest, I'm not sure what his deal is because he usually only has 6 or 7 cars out there at a time (there's 7 right now, I think.) A few weeks ago he had a white 95 Deville, and now he has this. About 6 months ago, he had a 77 Lincoln Continental Town Car that he claimed only had 58,000 miles on it. I didn't believe that, and the car only had a 5 digit odometer which means it could've had 158,000, or 958,000 miles and I would've never known. But it was in good shape, and the steering was still tight and the pedals weren't worn -- so maybe it was real after all. That Cadillac he has now has some ugly aftermarket gold grill.
I bought an 03 Expedition in 05 that had only 8500 miles on it. It had been an executive lease (Ford Corporate) for an executive that left the company shortly after starting. The paperwork on the car was lost until it came up in the system to sell after 3 years. We had evidence of the history so these low mileage cars do exist!
My 1993 Sixty Special has exactly 9,997 miles on it, never in rain!
They are out there, but usually NOT for sale!
