    HELP 1985 Fleetwood FWD Metirc To English

    Hello We are proud owners of a 1985 fleetwood Fwd(gave to us).
    We are trying to restore it back to its natural state and in the process we need to find out how to change the read outs back to english. any help would be great. Thank you

    there should be a button on your dash. my 93 Fleetwood rwd has a button on it that can go from metric to english. but we have to different cars so it might be different. its a digital dash right? look around the display it is in there somewhere.

    If you don't have the button there's a wire somewhere that changes it. Do a search in this section and you'll find a post that says exactly how to do it.

    the wire is right underneath the steering column, there is a connector a green and black wire on one side and a light blue wire on the other side, un plug and it your done, i had the same problem in my 85 fwd coupe

    If you have the elctronic gauges, the E/M button is right on the instrument cluster. It's black with white print on it.

    This worked thank you I like this site very informative thank you all who helped me but the winning one was this on sry hadd no buttons that would have been a no brainer but thank you again for your help
