~ Damn Sandy, that low milage would sure bring you a pretty decent price at auction! And that's not even taking in consideration how Rare she is!
Now, is it because of weather or just too many Rigs that she has so few miles!?
~ By the way, I just turned 88k miles on my '91 Fleetwood Coupé. Lets see, that averages out a little less than 6300 miles a year. I put about 4k on her this past year!?

| | Cadillac Owners Fanatic Cadillac(s): DTS | | | | | Re: The Car Mileage Thread! I have a 2000 DTS with 28,000 miles on it. Extremely good condition, as it should be. Bought it from a 72-year-old man who wanted an Infinity.
I have had a few things replaced recently, under warranty. Dashboard cover was shrinking and ripping loose on both sides, air conditioning vents would not stay open, and driver's door glass had a scratch in it. Cadillac has been good as gold in replacing anything I am not happy with, under warranty.
I was shopping for a new DTS at the time, but I came across this one for 1/3 of the $55,000 price tag on a new one. |

Tollkeeper. I bet you were moving. I would do the same thing for a loved one. I hope she's ok. | What type of starting problems do you have? Turn the key and nothing or what? |

I am impressed with the car as to the ride, comfort and quality of a 14 year old car. The car is in mint condition.
I have changed the oil with synthetic, cap, rotor, fulshed and filled the cooling system with the additive and replaced the alternator and serpentine belt.
I just took at trip from Philadelphia to Boston and back and the car averaged 27 m.p.g. at 65-70 miles per hour. |

My 89 Allante' has 130659 miles, of which I have put on 541 since I bought it earlier this week. Runs like a scalded bandit. Dont ask me what a scalded bandit is cause I dont know... How do I know it runs this well? I woke up to my wife being passed out on the bathroom floor the other day, and all I oculd think about was getting her to the hospital. So I went over double the posted interstate speed limit. I aint gonna say how fast I was going , just that I had never gone that fast befor in my life.... I did not care thou, my wife is more important than anything else to me in my life.. nuff said... | I hear that. My daughter was hurt about three weeks ago and even though my car has some problems right now it still ran like an aped rape at high speeds.
I didn't care if the thing blew up either, she was bleeding bad.
I did test it somewhat on the Interstate in TX this year (because I live in the Ozarks so I can only go so fast and stay on the road) and let's just say I was impressed with the speed this boat gets to. |
