Wheel bearing, crankshaft postion sensors and motor mount are the only repairs so far. Other than that just maintenance. I feel like i drive it too much and wonder when something major is gonna break . Im just paranoid.

~ There is One Thing though with that Analogy - with the Beautiful Woman anyway, as my Bro says: it doesn't matter how beautiful or wonderful she is cause you know, there's Someone, Somewhere, that's Tired of Her Sh!t!

Motor finnaly went, and even thou replacements were available. She was just getting WAY to old. She had other problems as well.
My 89 Allante' has 130659 miles, of which I have put on 541 since I bought it earlier this week. Runs like a scalded bandit. Dont ask me what a scalded bandit is cause I dont know... How do I know it runs this well? I woke up to my wife being passed out on the bathroom floor the other day, and all I oculd think about was getting her to the hospital. So I went over double the posted interstate speed limit. I aint gonna say how fast I was going , just that I had never gone that fast befor in my life.... I did not care thou, my wife is more important than anything else to me in my life.. nuff said... |

I've put 600 of those miles on in the 6 months I've owned it. It keeps getting better the more I drive it. The old saying "use it or lose it", applies to cars too.
