help on changing my 89 cadillac deville rear bumper pls

i need help on instructions on how to change my 89 cadillac deville rear bumper cover (white arrow in pic) plss and also i dont know how to remove that grey strip filler i think that is on the top part of the rear bumper pls help thanks in advance here is a pic of my rusted bumper

That's not a bumper cover,that is the bumper. It's a soild plate of chromed steel backed by plastic shock absorbers. (even though it's not supposted to be able to rust, did you get it changed?) So what you would have to do is remove the whole bumper.

The gray rub strip is bolted or clipped into the bumper. Once the bumper is removed you can remove the rub strip.

damn my bumper all rusted with holes too lol i guess i should buy a service manual
