I replaced both of mine in my Coupe DeVille on the drivers front window. Honestly, pulling the door panel is the most time-consuming part of the job. It is not a hard job to do yourself, just take your time finding all of the screws that hold the panel on before you go trying to yank the panel off. The window guides are a bit of a PITA to get on, use a set of blunt pliars to snap them in. Once you get the guides in, it seems to be easier to first line up both the front and rear guides in the tracks and then rotate the glass counter-clockwise to snap the guides into the tracks. If you do it right, you will definately hear a audible "snap" when they go in. Good luck with the repair.
