Front pipe to exhaust manifold bolts

Need some exhaust work on my 1990 Cadillac.
How difficult is it to remove the two front exhaust pipe to exhaust manifold bolts?
After 14 years, is there a chance I can get them to turn or are they fused in place and will break off?
Midas wants $850 for manifold "doughnut" gasket, rear pipe, muffler and lower engine mount. I can do the exhaust work if I can get the bolts loose.
Anybody have any experience with these bolts? please let me know, Thanks.

Your best bet is to spray them with PB Blaster and let them soak for a day. Spray them a 4 or 5 times and they should come right off with a little effort.

When you put it back together use some anti-sieze compound on the bolts so next time they come right off with ease.

I've done it, I used a torch and an air impact gun to do it. Just make sure it's glowing!
