| 94 concours engine/transaxle has weird problem!
hey all.
my beloved 94 concours with the OBD-1 northstar broke down recently. It was the EGR valve P036 code so it was easy for the maintance man to fix. I regret not taking a look at it myself but i had to catch a plane later that day.
He told me it the cylinders/piston heads and valves and throttle body were dirty so i let him clean those too.
Now i'm back home and my caddy drives fine but there are more codes in the history.
P039 P095 P110
And even weirder i was sitting in the drive way and when i rev the engine it bogs down at mid-range rpm. and then revs back up immediately as if its hitting a rev-limiter.
And even weirder the traction active light comes on and once in a while the digital speedometer ticks up to 4 then back down!
Im not moving and its in park or neutral and it does this!
What the hell! My caddy used to purr like a kitten when i revved it now it doesnt like it one bit!
Whats happening?
Mileage is 130,000
