Can you diagnos the problem with a 92 Fleetwood?

I own a 92 FWD Fleetwood. When the car is traveling in the 60 mph range there is a noticeable shimmy in the steering wheel. When I brake the shimmy becomes more noticeable. It's not a severe shimmy;for instance the passengers wouldn't notice it. I had new struts installed on the front end within the last 4 months, so the current problem may be related to that. Can anyone tell me what is causing this shimmy?

It could be a slightly warped brake rotor, especially if you feel it when you brake. If your caliper slides are not well greased, the one brake lining will wear much faster than the other. The extra heat on just one side of the rotor warps it and you feel wobble mostly when you brake at high speed.
