Anyone have this grill on their 2000 2005 deville

Theres a few sellers on ebay with this particular grill. All same price, same grill.

Does anyone here have it? If so, pix, and what are your thoughts on its look and quality??

that is a nice grill.
they have it in black mesh too.
although the black one looks better on a bronze car (like codewize's), black (like hitmoneys) and maybe silver cars.
the silver one looks better on other ones liek white, and of coarse silver but....someone like me with a blue onyx (metallic navy) colored car and night vision, no so much.
I have a body colored stock grill and it looks real nice...with vogues, dts blades and all, PRESIDENTIAL.

looks nice also but it goes better on some cars only.....same reasons as above.

just like those ports/vents some people put on their cars.
dont know why but they put them on, eventhough they denote a six banger.
just the other day i saw a mustang gt with 3 ports on the fenders, A mustang!
i couldnt help but tell the guy that those only look good on buicks and only go on 6 bangers.
he shrugged and told me he liked how it looked............no worry for him

I havent seen any E and G grills like that. But either way Im thinking along the same lines as you are. Cheap and shotty. Thats why Im hoping someone with that grill sees this so they can shine some light before I order a wavey, distorted, chrome flakin off cheap peice of plastic that has to be shaved to fit....

As for the eBay grille. Note 'abs grille'. Sounds like it is molded ABS plastic.

As for Buick bringing back the 'portholes'. That design decision may have backfired.... I see aftermarket stick on China portholes on Luminas, trucks, Hondas, everything..what are they thinking??

yea Ive seen that E and G. The mesh is alot smaller/finer and notice it has a big wreath logo on it! I got the hood ornament.... so that would just look GAUDY. And yes its ABS plastic.... so is the stock grill...
I think Ima be the first one to get this grill, lol. Hopefully thats a GOOD thing tho.

I thought this was the best looking grill IMOI also got these abs chrome Strips off ebay too turned out pretty good IMO I was close to buying the ones you are looking at until someone posted this on ebay i got it for 325.00 used excellent condition.

The holes are for show I did not know what they meant the holes and the pillar bar stuff could go but i love my trim! i have trimed every cadi i have own Thanks for your feedback!!!!!!!

The chrome trim looks cheap and cheesy IMHO. Chrome wheels and maybe a grill is about all I'd ever chrome.

Keep your Lac stealthy.
