Anybody have this label on their 91???

I have three cbodies and this emissions decal only appears on the 1991 Sixty Special. Do any of you have it? What does it mean? The hand printed date is two months prior to the build date printed on the door?

Well, I think I answered my own question. After a little more net research here is what I have found:

It is a "Pre-certification Exemption"

"Pre-certification Exemption" applies to:

(3) Pre-certification vehicle means an uncertified vehicle which a manufacturer employs in fleets from year to year in the ordinary course of business for product development, production method assessment, and market promotion purposes, but in a manner not involving lease or sale.


It doesn't appear as if protocal was followed with my car! I doubt too many do have this decal!
