Trunk release and fuel door buttons both not working...help?

Remove this ad
I went to go fill up today and randomly my trunk release/fuel door release buttons do not work at all, and the trunk release on the remote does not work either now.

Only thing I could find in the rear fuse box were #50/#52 relays that were both described as "TRK RLSE/FL DR" I believe but no fuses under the seat or in the engine compartment are directly related to this, is this a wiring problem?

Only thing different I have done since 3wks ago when I bought the car was the 1amp/50PIV mod in the relays upfront so my hi/lo beams can be on together, would this affect anything with the trunk/fuel door release?

Lol now i'm realizing why I got such a deal for this car in the auction

Risho, before doing anything else, confirm that your valet switch is not turned on, its located in the glove box and its marked
