I have a hissing noise below my speakers on each door.

So I've notice a hissing, like air release noise coming from all four doors. Sounds like speakers but its coming from below them. Has to be completely quiet to hear it or sitting in the car with it off. Does it with radio and everything turned off. I unplugged the battery and it went away. I'm also getting a draw off the battery with the negative ground pulled. I pulled the radio/phone fuse and it still does it. Any ideas?

The front driver side speaker is where the warning chime comes through. The hissing to my knowledge should only be from that door.
