The cornering light is hanging down by the wires... but I don't really care, I hate that car and I'm tired of driving it, as soon as it gets fixed I'm selling it. Then I'll just have my Cutlass as a driver, and possibly my red '79 after a little more mechanical work. And the Brougham. Guess I really don't need another car anyway, but I'm addicted to that new car feeling. |

If you like it and can swing a decent deal, why not? You can always sell it later on.
BTW, you've done an amazing job on Denice; she's looking better than I ever could have imagined.

I am assuming you are in the USA? Cars down there seem to sell for a lot less than here in Canada. I'm in the process of closing a deal on a 1996 Deville too... it has just over 100,000 KMs on it, which is VERY low for the year. It too has some interior wear on the seats, but probably that is mostly a result of the dry climate here in Calgary.
This Deville is on a car lot, and it is listed at $5995 (which is something like $6100 USD).
If I were you I'd snap that opportunity up! Looks like a nice ride! |

And damn fast, too. They sat it there Friday and it was gone by Sunday. Oh well, I always said if I got another 1994-1996 Deville it would be a Concourse because of the side skirts which drastically enhance the profile IMO.
gdwriter, think you for the sentiments regarding Denice, sometimes when one is working so close to a project, it gets hard to see progress. Although I'll admit that just getting that rust fixed made a big difference in my eyes, it sort of helped take it from a tired old car, to.. well, to a big red Cadillac. Can't wait to get the fins & bumper done. She'll make one hell of a nice driver next summer. | | Cadillac Discussion Tools | | |
