I thought it was the battery so I replaced them, but the contact is still a little fritzy. Maybe I'll take it apart and use some contact cleaner ---------- http://s1383.photobucket.com/user/v...9-405C-8B81-A07C01A93E87_zpsc9xy8pyc.jpg.html The drought here in ca sure has no trouble ruining my clean exterior. Good thing I love the rain ---------- I like opening the trunk near people with my hand and fob in my pocket. they freak out and think it's magic. I guess they don't think older car could have such technology. A car ahead of its time =) ---------- http://s1383.photobucket.com/user/v...6-48E6-A9FE-C990B36A260B_zps6er5zqsm.jpg.html ---------- http://s1383.photobucket.com/user/v...1-407C-8C3A-CD02075B2571_zpscfpjrszq.jpg.html
they were definitely ahead of their time! Especially all the on board diagnosis you can do. It's been raining here in Atlanta for 16 days straight!

Red:

Hell. Yes. One clean specimen. I dream of a day we have a cf meet up and we can get all these puppies together hahah

I didn't notice your body colored door handles until your most recent post just now. I'm guessing that was an option? I thought it was only on the touring sedans.

I love how your coworker parks by you hahah I'd do the same thing =P plus you can guarantee no door dings by parking next to like minded people =P

Dog:

The injector override is unreal. People can't believe it when I tell them I can shut one off at a time Hahahaha

I took pictures of the engine bay and trunk as well as a better pic of the interior. I'll upload them tomorrow at work. One of our head engineers has a 2013 CTS-V, I'd like to get a group shot with that thing! He is considering getting the newest one. A meetup would be great, I wish there was a local Cadillac club here in Central Florida. Next weekend I'll be taking the Deville and Allante to a Cars and Coffee meet for a canned food donation event.

As for the body colored handles, it must've been an option, but it seems I see a lot of 93s with them. They are nice, but the paint doesn't like to stick to the plastic parts of the car. Every time I wash it, I have to break out the touch up paint. Eventually I'll have to get all the trim repainted as it is slowly beginning to flake off faster than I can touch it up.

I love the Fleetwoods... they had some nice touches like the real wood and rear vanity mirrors. I love white & blue, but I'd also drool over the white and red. My parent's 90 Coupe DeVille that I learned how to drive in was white with white leather and red dash/carpet inside. It also had the Eldorado rims on it and red pinstripe with white top and gold package. Somewhere, somehow I have to try and find a picture of that car. I've never found another one like it in person.

Pulled the red Allante out of the garage and detailed her for 2 car shows today and a nice long cruise. 200 miles round trip and she was a joy. I had gotten used to the "boaty" feeling of the Deville and forgot how "tight" the Allante is in comparison. I also got some shots of the Allante and Deville together. Ill upload them tomorrow at work. Dogluvr, Hats off to that SSE-i!!
