Thanks! I just might go looking for one when some money comes in. Also, what do you think of broadway classic whitewalls (the big ones) on my car?

Re: pics of your fwd

Thx, ehall - almost a twin of yours, eh? I had the car painted in a 1995 Caddy colour (medium mocha metallic, or somesuch) so it'd match the taupe-like interior colour better.

I'm thinking about 1.3-inch whitewalls, although I've considered the BIG ones, like what Wheelman322 has on his `78 FWB.

Examples:
1.3 inch:

You've got the rear window surround thing, but otherwise yeah they are twins.

If it's an 85 color I think it is the same as mine, which is called Cinnamon Metallic in the RPO codes. I call it Wet Turd Brown though.

My favorite shot would have to be from the front. I thought the Cadillac emblem was mounted on the hood in that model year.

Why the big ones, if you don't mind me asking? How would it affect the look of the car?

Re: pics of your fwd

I don't really know why I like the big ones so much. I think they just add that extra bit of class to a car... and again its just what kind of look are you going for, and what taste you have.

Re: pics of your fwd

I'm wanting to go for a classic American look, so yeah, big freakin whitewalls are needed here. Is there a website where I could see what that would look like?

Re: pics of your fwd

not that i know of, but here is an idea, but it takes a little while to get it right but take a direct side profile of your car and then find a side profile of wheels/tires that you want and then like on paint or MS Word paste them on a page and then you can stretch and shrink the size of wheels/tires to what you think you want.... or just print off the wheels and tires picture and hold them up to your car from a distance to see what they would look like...
