these are the three codes im getting what do they mean and does a dealer have to fix them and how much will it cost to be fixed thanks for the feedback

B0429 - Temperature Control #3 Rear Circuit Range/Performance
The rear air mix door is not in the commanded position.

P0440 - Evaporative Emission (EVAP) System
P0442 - Evaporative Emission (EVAP) System Small Leak Detected
Possibly a loose gas cap.
