If you have it up on a lift the plugs are easily accessable from the rear of the engine, by where the downpipe from the manifolds comes down to the cat. Look up there, you'll see 'em!

I've changed the plugs in my '90 deville and my parents '94 deville. To get the back plugs I just put my knees on the metal bar in front of the radiator and leaned over the back of the engine with a small extension, swivle, and my spark plug socket. It's not a fun job, but it can be done. The biggest problem I had was the front plug 2nd from the left. The a/c hoses and a support bar were in the way. I broke one plug trying to get it in, so might be a good idea to have an extra one or two on hand.

i changed the plugs on my HT4100. it took me the good part of a day, it was very hard work and all my friend with their little hondas made fun of me because it took so long . the hardest one for me was the front far left one because the a/c pully was in the way. i did it all from the top and my back hurt a little afterwords. good luck!
