what do you guys think-62 ???
so I have been cleaning up this really dirty and surface rust/grease on the whole underside of my 62 cadi-I wire wheeled the gas tank, coated it with something similar to bedliner (cures as hard as a rock) and coated that w/ por 15-so everything is black-well I am going to powerwash it again this weekend and start cleaning up the rear wheel wells and all that area,I think the wheel wells should be black, thats what they are, they are just really discolored, also the car will be painted original color- Poly Sage (Med dark green) but i dont want to paint everything black, what are some suggestions as to what color, also on my metal gas filler neck, i had to wire wheel it down also, but dont want to paint it all black, maybe some parts silver or gray any suggestions appreciated

Sure, POR-15 offers a bare-metal-looking coating that goes over POR-15, looks pretty good. Check out their website.
