    Turn Signal Cover Cleaning - 91-93 Deville

    Hi Everyone,

    I hope someone can help me with this...I've searched the forums and can't seem to find the answer.

    How the devil do you remove the turn signal/parking light cover (the light cover in the bumper) off of 91-93 Devilles? I wanted to clean them up a bit but don't want to damage the lens trying to remove it.

    Any help is most appreciated!

    They do not need to be removed to be cleaned...

    get some Meguires ScratchX and buff it into the lens, then buff out.... do it a couple times. It'll clean them up nice....

    but every 3 weeks or so you gotta do it...

    the real way to fix them would be to replace them, you can get aftermarket lens for like $30 each.

    But, to emove them, you gotta go from behind the bumper, there is a nut one side, remove that then it slides out at an angle.

    Thanks so much. I'll try the scratchx stuff as you suggested...that sounds like the easiest (and cheapest) solution
