In what condition are they now? If they are severely dried, or cracked, replacement may be the only option. If they are just dirty and just beginning to dry out, try this. Wash them thoroughly with car wash solution. Household detergents are too harsh, and may affect the weatherstrip, in a negative way. After washing, dry thoroughly, and use a rubber dressing, liberally, but completely. Armor-All is a pretty good dressing to use. I would use the low gloss Armor-All. They should come out fairly well.

We had a good discussion a couple years ago on this subject...

I've always had good luck with AA despite what some say.

Any tire or rubber product will work on seals and weatherstripping, most wax companies or car care manufacturers offer products.

Meguiar's vinyl and rubber protectant. Comes with UV protection in a little red pump-spray bottle. Works like a charm.
