i think smoked is ok b/c some cars come factory with slightly smoked tailights. the rule of thumb is if there is a car out there that comes factory with what you want on your car its prolly legal to do it after the fact on your car.

    Dear Esteemed Community,

No copper hassles is good news
for you ;and, good to know for all.
    Police aren't usually up
    on the specificities of Statutes
    and Regulations which pertain
    to minor infractions. They prefer
to do real police work. However,
    if the coppers are bored,
jealous of your car and/or profiling
you in some manner or another...
    then that's another story.
In any event, like Black Caddy
I'd love to see a picture of the darkened
tail lights on a 'Black Caddy', and am still
drooling over Pat's Red Eldo (nice rims) ;and,
    BUILDINGCTSAMG's Ride, most particularly
    the exceptional interior upgrades.

    Best Regards,

    TomDeville

    Hey pat farrell,

Where did you get the body kit for your car? I've been trying to get one for my 95 deville so can wrap my dual exhaust tips just like that.

Re: Smoked or blacked out Caddy taillights

the trick with this stuff is to smooth it out with 1500-2000 grit compound and wax the shit out of it to make it shine...it doesnt look that great until you do this, but after they are shined the look great...never fixed the headgasket...sold the 96..bought a 93, working on a bunch of small mods, when im finally done I'll post pics of the whole car.
