Removing water spotting

I live in an area that has pretty hard water. I washed my Onyx Blue STS recently, waited until it was cool and the sun was down. But since the lighting outside was poor, I missed some spots on the side of my STS when I was wiping it with the chamois. Now there's fine water spots all over the doors and front quarter. The car was waxed recently. Got any suggestions for getting rid of the spots? I tried Meguiar's Quik detailer, that didn't cut it. Maybe I'll just try another wash, and pay special attention to the affected areas. This color is a PITA to take care of.

If your water spots are etched into the paint you will need to use an abrasive product and a buffer, you can do it by hand but it will take a long time, as said above if you can "feel" the water spots claying will take care of them. :)
