As far as cleaning in, I think you would have good luck with clorox cleanup. I have used it for some similar cleaing and the bleach action did the trick. I don't know how safe it will be though. So try a little on a small out of sight section and then go from there. Also, I wonder what the experts think about using a bleach product on the vynil. I would also wait to see what they think. |

Be vigilent to condition the vinyl after you clean it though, make sure you put some vinyl treatment on it. You want something to keep dirt off and UV protection. Like all care-car products, stay away from solvent-based products, go for the water-based ones. |

If youre going to put anything on it after you clean it use non silicone dressing. |

His top is clean, it's just stained. Using soap and water now would be like trying to wash off a scratch in your paint.
