^^^Those rims will not look right at all on a CTS. Check out cardomain.com to get some ideas for your ride.

Well ive seen 22's on a CTS and it looked very nice. Now since the CTS is more of a sports car, you probably wont mind the harsher ride. But if you do put 22's on your CTS you will have to put on some extremely thin tires which will make you feel every inch of pavement.
