    wheels with 2 valve stems?

    Hey guys...

i just picked up a set of 24 inch giovannas for my 04 escalade wrapped in some pirelli tires. an odd thing i stumbled across on them was that each individual rim has 2 valve stems. one on the outside like normal and then another on the inside of the rim.

    any ideas on why ?

Probably run flat tires. Most run flats are made by putting an innertube inside the tire.
