These are made by Sylvania and are available elsewhere.
One thing to keep in mind is that you'll almost certainly lose your hood indicators, since those use fiber tips on the plug to pick up light from a nipple on the bulb, and these almost certainly won't have that nipple (regular Sylvania 4656 don't have it either).
