Vinyl Top Conditioner

I have a 1973 Cadillac DeVille with 63k original miles on it. The car has sat for at least the last 11 years. It's entire life it has been inside so there is not much for UV damage, but I would like to clean it up. I am good to go for the paint, but I don't know where to start for the Roof. What have you used? I don't want armor all or any other grease type spray. I want something that will actually condition the roof and protect it from UV.

Thanks for your recommendation, I already purchased the 304 cleaner and also their Vinyl top conditioner. I'll have to give your product a try later.
