I have used their products for years and I would never use anything else. Give their products a try. Wait until you see their pics on the site. These pics are excellent. Believe me, if properly used you will get the same results. |

They have quite a following. Almost cult like. I think the biggest reason for people seeing such amazing results is that a lot of people prior to using their products have only used a one step product that is supposed to clean, remove swirls, polish & protect all in one step. The fact that they sell a mutli-stage system with specific products for each stage make a world of difference. Their step by step application instructions make it pretty much impossible for even a first timer to get it wrong. There are other companies out there that offer the same types of products, butyou don't hear about them very often & even if you did find a place that sold them, you might be confused as to which products to use for best results & in which order to use them. Take for example 3M's professional line of paint care products. They're mostly sold only by automotive paint suppliers & if you didn't know what you were after & which step to use which product you wouldn't get amazing results.
So my point is this...There are products out there that can do the job just as well as Zaino, many for less, but the aid in propper application that Zaino gives is what really sets them apart from the other products. I've never heard any not say they had great results from Zaino. |

His products can be found at http://perfectautofinish.com/. I use his products and I think they'll stand up to any of the others.

It is one of those products that's hard to find, and it too has a loyal following. It's becoming increasingly popular since it requires no water, and many areas of the nation are under water restrictions. |

Always Maguires, they have been doing it the longest, have the most products, and its almost impossible to **** up your paint beyond repair.
Plus you can call them and ask them anything about cleaning your car, I ran a detail shop in Arizona, and they told me how to get Sharpie ink out of carpet!
NOW thats support. |

There are so many out there it is hard to decide unless you tried them all which is impossible. Everyone who uses a different product with great results will swear by that product. I think it mainly depends on the paint and finish of the car. It looks like all the cars on the Zaino site have new paint jobs. I laugh at the commercials that claim to "restore" a car's worn paint to "factory new": BS. I have tried many of those so-called miracle products with no results. I also frown at the companies that try to sell you ten different preps for the car BEFORE waxing it such as: pre-washes, degreasers, wax strippers etc. I had a 1976 Eldorado painted at Maaco. Yes Maaco. It was a deluxe job that cost $1,000.00 and believe me the car looked liked it was dipped in porcelin. The shine was fabulous and all I did to it was coat it with Zymol wax (In MY opinion the best) and keep the car clean always and the shine lasted for years untill I sold the car. Anyone out there care to share their experiences? |

I agree that its all about the quality of the paint, what kind of conditions its been in. There are so many factors that can determine how good your car looks.
I have tried Zaino zymol mothers groits and a whole lot of other products and I just prefer Maguires.
I on the other hand love the idea of pre wax products. I think they are essential and the layer that has the least to do with how your cars finish looks is the wax.
Clay bar and a cleaner/polish will make your car really stand out, as opposed to just a wash and wax. In my opinion. | | Cadillac Discussion Tools | | |
