Thanks in advance. |

And after some further research I found a local tint shop that has certified techs to install the clear bra. I was quoted $495 for just bumper and mirrors, and $795 for the full package. |

You have to be real careful with plastic over paint. Just my .02........I would think a black vinyl/flock unit for protection on trips and nothing in town. |

It is computer cut to fit your vehicle and must be applied by certified techs. If I can find the link iI will post it. It is more of a skin and nothing can get underneath, and since it is applied with adhesive it can't rub or mar the surface. I had your same concerns until I found the scoop. |

BUT, fitting it properly to the bumper/grille area of an '02 STS looks practically impossible. |

But for me....I am struggling with the price and not the performance. I have done some research since my first post, and convinced of the worth. It will cost me close to a grand to do my whole car. My last '02 suffered horribly from road rash and was repainted only after a road boulder took out my center grill section.
I wouldn't worry so much with fit if price is not of concern. Check out the link I posted, and local trim and tint shops near you for prices. D&L is pretty popular and trustworthy in this part of MD north country. | | Cadillac Discussion Tools | | |
