Are those paint pens any good??

I have a few small scratches and chips with black underneath which i guess is the black fiberglass. I have silver metallic paint on the car. I went to Paintworld.com and wanted to order a bottle with a brush but they said bottled paint is not good for metallic paint. So the only thing i'm left with is the pen. Does anyone know if the pens are any good? Thanks, Hank

I bought one,I wasn't impressed with it,but If I remember right it also had a brush with it.
