Service Has Been Very Good, I've Taken Our Car In 3 Times So Far And They Have Done What They Said In A Timely Matter. I'm Very Pleased With The Service . I Called Cadillac And Told Them About The Service I Received Cadillac Called Mr. Poage And Told Him I Had Called. The Lady At Cadillac Called Me Back And Said She Told Mr. Poage That I Was Very Happy.you Can't Beat Good Customer Service
I also give this dealership an A++ for customer service! I took my CTS to "another" dealership and they told me they couldn't replace the rear bezel because Cadillac says the condensation is "normal"...I called Poage and the service manager said "Bullshit"...bring it in. Replaced the bezel with no questions asked and did it fast!! He even printed off the complete service record for my car for me and everything. Great service!!
