This is a great dealership. I can't speak to all of the sales staff since I didn't work with all of them, though they've all seemed friendly enough whenever I've wandered around. My salesman, Christopher Barela was great; no hurry, no pressure, interested, and followed up with every detail through the transaction.
Most important over the long run is the service department. The guys at Rickenbaugh have been perfect, both with my (way) old Sedan and my new EXT. The service advisors are as personable as you could find, and between them and the many long-time mechanics, the service has been perfect.
They've been very quick to offer a car or a ride, and are in a great location, especially if you live or work near downtown. |
