    I've been fortunate enough to buy 18 avg. price range cars in my lifetime. This CTS is my first luxury car. I love the car, but the sales & finance experience did not impress me. They nickle & dimed me. I was treated a LOT better at Toyota dealers in the past.

    The sales person was just so-so. He did his job, but did not go out of his way to answer some of my questions. I asked him to order me a spare tire pkg. First he said it would be $500, but could not find the code to order it. After a week, I did not hear from him & I ordered it from another dealer for $295, got it in 2 days.

    Also, I leased it & instead of the dealership transferring the registration, they issued me a new one. I had to go through hoops at the DMV myself to get the original plate back.

    These are minor problems, but are a pain in the butt! I expected a lot more from a Caddy dealer!

    I have to agree with this negative experience. I have bought 6 cadillacs over the years and have never had such difficulty getting a fair shake. The manager, Mike, changed the buyout price at the last minute(higher by $3k) The salesman ,Al P, was horrible at returning phone calls. The treatment I received makes me want to buy a mercedes next time out......

    Wow. I am literally fuming out of frustration. You know those horror stories people talk about when they discuss dealerships...this is the real life example. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER. Depending on who I talked to, all sale prices/trade in values would fluctuate by thousands dollars. They don't respond to calls.

    There is a Manager by the name of Steve who was the RUDEST person I have ever met at a dealership. Ive been treated better at Mercedes, Ferrari, and Aston Martin'd think for a brand that had to get bailed out by the government they'd have some knowledge of their own worth. Your selling Cadillacs, not exotics f'r gosh sakes!

    Steve was insulting me and my father to our faces, and at one point called us stupid for trying to figure out the lease figures. At that point we got up and left. I will never walk anywhere near this dealer ever again. They lost my business, as well as all of my friend's business'

    Wow, I had a much different experience than the other posters here. I've bought two cars here. The first generation CTS-V and a 2010 CTS-V. Both times were great experiences and I've bought a lot of cars over the years. My latest transaction was with a salesman, Mr. Jurasec (forget his first name at the moment) No pressure, very laid back great guy. I felt like I got a fair deal as well. If I'm ever in the market for another Cadillac this is the first place I'll go. (no I am not affiliated with this dealer in any way)
