Very disorganized service center. First time I brought my XLR in for an oil change they charged me 79.00 I then informed the service coordinator that XLR changes were free the first 4 years he still charged me and said he would make it up to me. Hasn't happened yet.
Another time I brought the car in it was there for a week each time I tried to call and find out what was going on I could not get through to the service coordinator.
They do not offer to give you a loaner car you have to ask and push the issue They also have no parking around the facility it is just terrible.
